Neuron Factorys mission is to build an agentic construction intelligence platform powered by a proprietary knowledge graph — capturing, connecting, and reasoning across the full spectrum of construction project data, starting with preconstruction. Where existing tools store documents in isolation, Neuron Factory extracts entities, relationships, and context from every file type a GC touches — tender specs, drawings, RFQs, emails, BOQs, SOWs, schedules — and assembles them into a structured, queryable graph. That graph becomes the intelligence substrate that powers AI agents, answers estimator questions with source citations, flags conflicts, and enables cross-project benchmarking at a scale no team of humans could manually achieve. Neuron Factory was founded by Zaid Kahn (former Head of AI Infrastructure at Microsoft) and Salil Pandit (former senior engineer at Google and Waymo). Our team brings experience from Autodesk, Procore, Google, Microsoft, Apple, IBM, Salesforce and BAE Systems, and our advisory board spans construction leadership (Cordeel Group, AECOM) and world-class AI expertise — including the leader of Microsoft Researchs lab, alongside senior figures from Waymo and Shopify.
