Your investment is spread across the entire pool of mortgages. Borrowers pay monthly and the net interest income is received by the investors. This allows our investors to have a hands-free approach to real estate investing. Nest Capital MIC originates all of its mortgage applications through licensed mortgage agents and brokers and secured on title by our real estate lawyers.
