By working together, we are building a thriving economic community for food and beverage companies in the North Bay. Through collaboration, sharing best practices, and learning from one another, our companies and our food industry community flourish. Together, we inspire a camaraderie that helps all of us grow. At the heart of FIG are its working groups in quality assurance, marketing, and human resources that meet every other month. We also host "Big FIG"​ gatherings for our members'​ executive leadership teams. FIG hosts quarterly breakfast meetings and two large annual events: our Summer Party, and the Pioneer Awards, for our entire membership, giving us a chance to network, celebrate, and hear from leaders in our industry.
