MySupport is a platform designed to help seniors and people with disabilities on Medicaid find the right support workers and manage their schedules. By letting consumers and workers answer questions about what they’re looking for in a support relationship, the platform is able to recommend potential matches based on their answers. In doing so, MySupport provides an integral service for the agencies that easily manages the ongoing relationship between consumer and worker, helping them take a more hands-off approach and save money while increasing their consumer’s satisfaction. While the market is large, the industry itself is very small and we have leveraged our team, our board members and our advisors’ decades of disability policy experience at the national level to create a unique product that has resonated very quickly within the community.
