MUTE OFF Thursdays is a weekly 30 min networking & knowledge-exchange for mid-level to senior women in arbitration (7+ years of experience).
MUTE OFF Thursdays’ goal is to promote women in arbitration. We achieve that goal by: (i) advancing knowledge through experience-based insights that women might not otherwise be able to access; (ii) increasing women’s exposure to public discussions, which increases women’s self-confidence and performance; and (iii) increasing visibility of the women within the group, therefore overcoming the familiarity bias in arbitral appointments.
MUTE OFF Thursdays was established in March 2020 by Ema Vidak Gojkovic, Gaelle Filhol, Claire Morel de Westgaver and Catherine Anne Kunz.
