After having found an old high school map on the streets of Amsterdam and sold it while carrying it home we knew maps are very special to people. The idea was born and the journey began. We wanted to create beautiful maps for everyone of any place in the world that reminded them of something. We prototyped first designs but our challenge was to make maps unique and create a way for everyone to customise their own. We kicked of the development of the website while putting hard work into the brand identity and design language for the maps.
