Based in Chamonix, in the heart of the Mont-Blanc Valley, Mountain Path is a consulting firm founded in 2017 by Blaise Agresti (former mountain rescue commander), Carine Salvy (former MD of Poweo) and Thierry Malleret (economist and founder of the Monthly Barometer).
Mountain Path supports organisations and employees in their transformation projects, offering them immersive and mobilising experiences, such as learning expeditions, training courses, advisory and coaching.
Mountain Path has drawn on the experience and practices of mountain rescue and mountain guides to develop a unique and engaging pedagogy based on experiential learning. With Mountain Path and its unique ecosystem of experts from the corporate and mountain world, organisations, their leaders and their employees elevate themselves, approach transformation with confidence and create the conditions for sustainable performance, together.
Since its inception, Mountain Path has supported around one hundred organisations and several thousand executives and managers, including Airbus, Allianz, April, Bouygues, EDF, Greenweez, Groupama, Pictet, Richemont, Société Générale, Total, Obiz, Greenweez and Emesys.
