Modern Operator Movement

Modern Operator Movement (MOM) is a private, invite-only community for restaurant owner-operators. Our thesis is simple: operators are often underserved by the F&B vendor ecosystem. Too many owners get pushed overpriced or low-quality tech and services because they don’t have access to the right information—or a trusted peer group to compare notes with. MOM exists to reduce that information gap through high-trust relationships and real operator-to-operator learning. Inside the community, members: • Connect and help each other solve real problems • Share what’s working (and what isn’t) as the industry evolves • Cut through the noise on tools and services • Share firsthand experiences with providers—fact-based, respectful, and operator-first We keep this group small on purpose.
