Moreover, the lactate-ketone esters will improve sports results, reduce recovery period, prevent muscle loss in the elderly, improve cognitive function, and increase longevity. Our lactate/ketone esters act through ELKA - External Lactate and Ketone Activation, that mimics the bodily response ensuing hard exercise and fasting.
