Online collaborative support and recovery programmes for young people and adults that bring families, schools, universities, doctors and practitioners together, to build resilience in young people and help them recover quickly from mental health problems. Preliminary assessment is completed within one hour of registration. At the heart of Mindful’s service are confidential, online video sessions with qualified practitioners. The practitioners work collaboratively with the families/carers, institutions and GPs to provide an integrated support programme designed to build resilience and help progress recovery from mental health problems. Mindful recognises the need for an integrated recovery programme which incorporates all aspects of care – psychological, physical, emotional and social support. Mindful Recovery is unique in that it brings together the educational establishment and practitioners in a reciprocal collaborative approach.
