Milano Dry Gin Srl is the owner of the brand GIASS, the first London dry gin created in Milan. GIASS (which means ice in Milan slang) was born in Milan between 2015 and 2016 from the collaboration of 5 friends: they bought a small alembic on Amazon and started some tests in their kitchen, looking for an exclusive recipe. After 6 months of testing and tasting the alchemy becomes real: the blending of 18 botanicals suddenly becomes GIASS, the first proper London Dry Gin from Milan. Today GIASS is developing Italian as well as international market.
