WHY? With the experiences we have gained in recent years; we have seen that the startups in Turkey need a lot of support from the idea stage to the VC stage. We believe that high impact mentoring is crucial in the lifecycle of a startup to achieve a fast-growing and global reach. With this movement the aim to leverage mentoring to make Turkey the point of attraction for entrepreneurship activities in the region. HOW? Recruit: Identify and recruit potential mentors Train: Train members to be "High Impact Mentors"​ Match: Match mentors with relevant startups Create Value: Encourage and monitor collaboration WHAT? Mentor Effect is a movement based on high-impact mentorship system to strengthen Turkey's entrepreneurial ecosystem and create one of the leading ecosystems in the region. This is an open movement for anyone in the startup and innovation ecosystem targeting to increase the value of startups. WHO WE ARE? We are a team that came together as a movement from leaders and experienced members of entrepreneurship ecosystem. We've created a leading team of mentors who have created successful businesses in Turkey and have experienced people actively involved in the rapid growth of the companies.
