Since launching in 2014, Mad Paws has grown to become Australia's largest online Pet Sitting community. With over 15,000 Pet Sitters, Mad Paws connects Pet Owners and Sitters across the nation.
In 2020, Mad Paws launched a series of new pet-related businesses. These include Mad Paws Pet Insurance; and Mad Paws Dinner Bowl, a range of premium dog meals.
Mad Paws has attracted investment from a range of sources, including Equity Venture Partners, Madoch Ventures, and Qantas Ventures. The latter of these has led an ongoing commercial partnership between Mad Paws and Qantas.
Mad Paws also maintains official partnerships with Pawssum Vet to Home Services and dog breed authority Dogz Online.
In September 2018, Mad Paws was ranked #14 in LinkedIn's Top 25 Australian Startups of 2018. In April 2019, Mad Paws won the Australian Small Business Champion Award for Pet Services.
