We are a B2B mission-driven food-tech startup using cutting-edge science to improve the flavor and texture of plant-based meat alternatives. Our main goal is to develop technology to capture traditional meat-eaters and flexitarians, since they constitute the main commercial force in the industry. Our first product is a bovine myoglobin-based ingredient called TAMEE (The Authentic Meat Eating experience) that provides the mouthfeel of animal meat to current plant-based alternatives.
