Association of Agents and Managers in Creative Industries of Finland Who are we: AGMA, the Association of Agents and Managers in Creative Industries of Finland represents agencies and managers working in all creative industries such as design and graphics, publishing, photography, performing arts, music, games, and media. Our operations in practice: AGMA organizes events and training, acts as a spokesman of its members and takes actively part in creative industry business development on a national and international level. Our global networks: AGMA is a member of LIMA, the global network of licensing professionals. AGMA attends LIMAs yearly events in Las Vegas and London. In Brand Licensing Europe, London, AGMA has participated as an exhibiting umbrella organization of Finnish licensing professionals since 2014. AGMA also works with Nordic partners to introduce creative talents and agents to neibouring markets. Our short history: AGMA was founded in 2009 by an active group of upcoming agents, as a result of a program funded by the European Social Fund. ​We serve our members: AGMA is an association of companies and professionals. We provide funding and juridical advice, events for members, training, updates of the industry, and lobbying to public decision making. ​ AGMAs mission is to: - develop creative industry agents’ and managers’ position in general - develop the members’ and their clients’ professional skills - clarify and strengthen the working culture of agents and managers - broaden the networks for agents and managers both nationally and internationally
