Our First Fund: Roaring into 2025
Lion Growth Capital is planning to launch its first fund, the Lion Growth Investment Fund, around May/June 2025. This $25 million fund is our initial step toward building a full-fledged growth fund aimed at fostering the success of mid-sized companies with proven business models. We recognize that these companies need strategic capital to expand and grow, and we’re eager to provide that support.
Our focus is on making 10 investments in the first year, with each investment being at least $1 million. We target mid-sized stable growth companies that have a consistent revenue stream and are not struggling for survival, making us a fund that values both stability and growth potential.
Our Geographic Focus: UAE and Beyond
At Lion Growth Capital, we believe in the potential of the UAE as a growing hub for innovation, business, and entrepreneurship. Therefore, our first fund will concentrate on investments in companies based in the UAE or those planning to establish operations in this vibrant region. With the UAE’s strategic location, robust infrastructure, and forward-thinking policies, we see tremendous opportunities for growth across various sectors.
