LINC – Latgale Investor’s Council is a public–private platform based in Rēzekne that connects foreign investors, local businesses, and public institutions to unlock the full potential of Latvia’s eastern region. We serve as a single entry point for international investors seeking projects, partners, and opportunities in Latgale.
Under the supervision of the City of Rēzekne and regional leaders, LINC helps navigate permits, incentives, and special economic zone advantages, while promoting Latgale globally as a trusted, future-ready investment destination.
Our agenda combines six strategic pillars: economic development, technology & innovation (AI, quantum computing, robotics, metaverse), societal development, education, infrastructure, and corporate governance. We actively support initiatives such as the planned Artificial Intelligence, Research, and Innovation Development Hub in Rēzekne to bring research, talent, and high-value jobs into the region.
