Light Tower Rentals, Inc. (LTR) was formed in November of 1994 for the initial purpose of renting self-contained lighting equipment for use at oilfield job sites. By the end of 2007, the company had grown to over 80 employees in seven locations across Texas and New Mexico. In January 2008, Clairvest Group Inc. (a Canadian merchant bank) and McKenna Gale Capital (a Canadian lender) provided the necessary capital to expand the company's operations to 14 locations across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Pennsylvania and North Dakota. LTR's current rental inventory & services now consists of diesel generators, natural gas generators, heaters, light towers, trailer packages, air compressors, pumps, frac tanks, flowback tanks, supervac tanks, mud tanks, trucking services, mobile multi-purpose safe rooms, water management, and more. The company is continuing to expand its geographic reach and rental product line to meet the needs of its customers. LTR has, and always will, provide the highest quality equipment and superior service to our customers, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
