The association aims to strengthen Fyns position in the life science field, based on a shared responsibility for collaboration across local private companies, public institutions, as well as Fyns municipalities and Region South. This is achieved through increased use of local resources and locally educated individuals to promote growth and innovation, reduce outflow of highly skilled labor from Fyn, and by creating networks, sharing knowledge, entrepreneurship, and collaboration among members of Life Science in Fyn, Denmark.
