LEWT Capital was founded in early 2017 by a group of Madrid-based enthusiastic entrepreneurs with a mandate to invest in technology, real estate and debt structuring opportunities.
On the tech side, in addition to two early stage investments into start-ups, LEWT Capital has developed an in-house real estate algorithmic valuation platform.
Through our in-house platform, LEWT Capital can review information and make investment decisions within minutes of the real estate opportunity being listed, making sure we are the first call and the first offer. We currently analyze in excess of 750 opportunities per day completely autonomously.
The real estate fund focuses on buy and flip distressed residential opportunities within Madrid Capital, the main market we service and operate within.
On the debt side, LEWT Capital structures short and medium term financing for SMEs with very flexible collateral structures and fast funding of the loans.
Our team combines professionals with successful advisory and investing experience in main international markets: New York, Miami, London and Madrid.
We have a thorough decision process and governance process, yet as a result of our lean highly automated structure, we are capable of fast decisions and clear communications with our investors.
We aim to provide higher returns by investing in value add opportunities with a clear desire to support strong SMEs through appropriately structured financing and, in real estate, exit investments quickly in order to reinvest into new opportunities.
