Layer Finance is a technology-based service provider offering deal sourcing for professional investors. Originally known as Mezzalite, we have evolved to meet current market needs.
Our journey began in 2020 with the goal of digitising the sourcing of mezzanine capital. In doing so, we recognised important industry trends: clients are looking for holistic financing solutions, while investors are becoming more selective. There is also a need for fast processing through digital tools.
To address these developments, we are launching the new Layer Finance Platform in mid-September 2023. The platform provides a central location for deals with real-time access to project information as well as transparent communication.
With our expanded team, we offer access to mezzanine capital financing, senior loans and equity investments. Our focus is on sourcing, arranging and executing deals for professional investors. Our technology simplifies investment preparation, saving valuable time and resources.
Our technology-enabled project onboarding standardises analysis and deal information, increasing the speed and efficiency of investment evaluations.
To reflect this evolution, we have renamed ourselves Layer Finance. Our new name symbolises the multi-faceted nature of project finance. The Layer Finance logo represents our central platform, which serves as the basis for successful financing cooperations.
