In 2008 Landover Wireless was founded with the goal of connecting broadband wireless to both mobile devices and the home, utilizing the most robust wireless spectrum (600 MHz band). With the hyper-growth of data consumption from mobile devices and the overwhelming demand for media-rich content, this spectrum efficiently distributes such content to users nationwide with no latency, delivering the next generation of user experience.
Landover is building a new nationwide LTE broadband wireless Platform which will enable content and social media partner companies to distribute media outside of existing wireless carriers infrastructure and restrictive usage-based data plans.

HISTORY
Landover was established in 1991. Our two prior US-based builds are still operating today and created 12,500 permanent US-based jobs. Since inception, we have raised in excess of $3.2 billion in private and public market capital. Over the past 24 years, Landover has acquired national and regional spectrum footprints of 38GHz, 35GHz, 26GHz, 2600MHz/MMDS licenses in the US and Europe.
Laurence S. Zimmerman, founder/principal of Landover, has a history of being one of the first-mover business builders and investors in the wireless and broadband industry during the 1990’s. He has proven experience developing greenfield opportunities into successful large scale businesses.
