Lafayette was founded in 2011 as one of the very first investors in the Single Family Rental (SFR) asset class. Today, we have over $1Bn in assets under management across a portfolio of ~5,000 single family homes in 8 states (including homes under construction). We are fully vertically integrated with in-house Property Management (Brandywine Homes USA) and Homebuilding & Development (Marquis Homes).
