KINO.impact Fellowship
The KINO.impact Fellowship is a programme for young people who want to build new things. We award up to $200,000 in grants to fellows who choose to pursue their own ideas rather than follow a conventional academic or corporate path. At the heart of each cohort is an intensive on-site bootcamp focused on entrepreneurship and topics relevant to that specific cohort — a deliberate immersion in building, shipping, and thinking like a founder. Beyond the bootcamp, fellows receive ongoing mentorship and support from a network of founders, investors, and operators — people who have navigated the same challenges and understand this world from the inside.
Alexander Pavlov and Anastasia Pavlova, co-founders of KINO.impact, bring 30+ years of combined experience in VC industry. They have backed founders from all over the world, sat on their boards, and watched what happens when the right support shows up at the right moment. That is what they are building now.
KINO.impact fellowship focuses on founders with the post-Soviet angle. It covers founders who were born there, grew up there, have family roots there, studied there, or simply carry that cultural and intellectual DNA with them — wherever they are building from today.
