Kamay Ventures is the first regional multi-corporate venture capital fund, established by industry-leading consumer goods companies such as Coca-Cola Latin America, Grupo Arcor, and Grupo Bimbo. This initiative is aimed at organizations looking to invest in the digitalization of traditional value and supply chains across Latin America. It is managed by Overboost, a corporate-backed VC with extensive experience in venture capital across the region, acting as both operators and investors in high-potential startups. Since its inception in 2019, Kamay Ventures has analyzed over 600 projects and its portfolio includes 15 startups throughout Latin America, including markets like Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, and Colombia. In addition, the fund launched Kamay Code in 2023, an event specifically designed for the Latin American innovation ecosystem, connecting startups with large organizations to discuss business and technology opportunities. The first edition took place in Buenos Aires, followed by São Paulo, and this year the event reached Mexico City with its third edition. The next stop will be Bogotá, Colombia, in September 2024.
