The Royal Swedish Automobile Club (KAK) was founded in 1903 and in 1908 King Gustav V awarded the Club its Royal title. KAK has a long history of promoting the healthy development of Swedish motoring and arranging motor sport events. Today the Club is a national charitable non-profit organisation with the purpose of promoting the healthy development of Swedish motoring, promote the regrowth within motorsports and arranging a number of social club activities.
