JazzMutant had been the pioneering company in Multi-touch technology and was the first company ever to bring to the market a product featuring a Multi-touch display (2 years ahead of Apple's iphone). The company aimed at creating a new generation of touchscreen devices for electronic musicians and digital artists (VJs). Years before Tablets became mainstream devices, we designed and sold the Lemur, a portable touchscreen that enabled musicians to perform their digital music live, be it on stage or in the studio. The lemur was acclaimed by specialized press worldwide and had been endorsed by an impressive line up of legendary artists, including Daft Punk, Björk, Nine Inch Nails, Black Eyed Peas, Ritchie Hawtins, Justice, just to name a few of them.
