Driven by her own 66lb weight loss journey, Itrim founder and exercise expert Birgitta Thörn, partnered with business experts and medical professionals to form what is now a world leader in sustainable weight loss. In 2014, Itrim added custom employee worksite programs, collaborative health care partnerships and turn key health club programs throughout the US.
