We apply information technology to legacy business models to expand access to key services (enabling service delivery to people previously overlooked and underserved), and to correct broken value exchange dynamics (providing lasting value and positive long-term outcomes in situations where patients, students, or workers were previously left worse off by extractive service providers). We do this thematically in sectors that have a concentration of inequitable and extractive models.
