In the 1920’s, archaeologists discovered the remains of a 4,600 year-old civilization in the Indus River Valley. The discovery was even more fascinating when it revealed that the inhabitants, a civilization known as the Harappans, focused their time, energy and resources on giving back to their community. In place of spending their resources on elaborate infrastructures and fancy statues, they found ways to advance the health and wellbeing of their people.
