Greencose is a revolutionary process that recycles used textiles into brand new apparel. What makes our technology truly unique among chemical recycling solutions is that instead of focusing on refining the recycled cellulose in order to transform it into spinnable viscose, we have developed a way to use unrefined cellulosic materials. This low composition requirement presents a potential to recycle complex material blends or poorly sorted apparel waste. Greencose has the potential to recycle 3 million tons of used textiles per year into apparel, something which no other technology currently has the ability to do.
