ImmunoGenesis is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology biopharmaceutical company re-envisioning the treatment of "cold" tumors, particularly of immune-excluded tumors. Immune-excluded tumors, which account for more than half of all cancers, are characterized by having mechanisms of resistance that suppress the immune response; this subgroup is resistant to current immunotherapies.
