IAYS is a Cognitive Operating System for governed AI agents. We help knowledge-driven teams — consulting firms, advisory practices, compliance groups, professional services — turn their expertise into structured AI systems that follow defined rules, apply consistent reasoning, and operate within clear boundaries. Most AI tools generate answers. IAYS allows firms to encode how they think: – what knowledge is permitted – what principles guide decisions – how uncertainty is handled – how outputs are structured – how interactions are reviewed This creates AI agents that don’t drift, don’t improvise beyond policy, and can be updated deliberately over time. Our first reference implementation is the IAYS Investing Agent — a pilot demonstrating how structured doctrine, human oversight, and controlled evolution produce AI behavior that compounds instead of degrading. We are currently working with early design partners in knowledge-driven SMB environments. AI doesn’t need to be improvised. It can operate on a system.
