Our Fleet
Our HYL Serious includes four platforms:
1. ARES: Our flagship system, trusted by precision agriculture professionals for consistent, field-proven performance.
2. PHOTON: Backpack-to-airborne UAS designed for rapid field intelligence, scouting, and mapping across agriculture, utilities, and emergency response.
3. PEGASUS: Compact platform best used for small-to-medium sized acreage and missions that required surgical precision.
4. ATLAS: Our largest, high-volume system built for massive acreage and demanding applications.
Industry Leadership & Regulatory Excellence
We hold the pioneering FAA approval to swarm up to three heavy-lift drones (55+ lbs.) with a single operator and without a visual observer. This regulatory achievement reflects our commitment to innovation, safety, and operational efficiency.

Every Hylio system is proudly engineered and manufactured with U.S. and global components at our facility in Richmond, Texas. We maintain strict NDAA-compliance, ensuring all our critical components are sourced exclusively from the U.S. and allied countries.
