HomeLiv was founded by 2 entrepreneurs, former Big Tech executives (ex-Microsoft, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Accenture) who are passionate about architecture, sustainability, real estate and building stuff. We believed construction companies were not thinking enough about the people who were living in the houses they were building. An UX problem that we believe we could tackle with common sense and putting ourselves in the future homeowner shoes. Our starting point was to find areas where there is enough populational growth and demand to test our thesis. Fort Myers was an easy choice. The future is to offer this proven concept nationwide in the next couple of years. We believe our strength is exactly the lack of bias and old habits from those who are in this industry for so long that they cant even see how things can be done differently. And we are always looking for open minded people, with entrepreneurial spirit, who want to build something different.
