Heartwood Family Collective is a platform dedicated to acquiring, developing, and operating exceptional early childhood education environments across North America.
As a growing family of early learning centres, Heartwood currently owns and operates five locations serving 340 children, supported by a team of 62 educators and staff across Alberta and British Columbia. Through active development and expansion, Heartwood is on track to serve over 1,020 children by April 2026, with 21 additional locations scheduled to open by September 2026, significantly expanding its geographic reach and operational scale.
Each centre remains deeply rooted in its local community while benefiting from Heartwood’s shared infrastructure, operational expertise, and long-term strategic support.

We strengthen these centres through proven systems, professional management, and thoughtful investment — enhancing operational efficiency, elevating nutrition standards, and introducing specialized programs and services that provide deeper, more comprehensive support for families and educators.
