Heart Hotels is Travelheart Familys chain of hotels that we operate ourselves. These hotels are primarily staffed by young Scandinavian employees, who are out experiencing the world while they work. Our hotels are all carefully selected, so that the location combined with the service creates the perfect setting for your vacation. Our ambition is always to deliver high-class service to our guests. Our definition of service is smile, presence, hospitality and feeling at home. In other words, we are not experts on grape varieties, but we are certain about what we prefer ourselves We take our guests by the hand from start to finish, and are present throughout the vacation.
