We have a flexible mandate to provide £5 million to £20 million (eqv.) across the capital structure from unitranche loans and subordinated debt to preferred or minority equity.
We back family, entrepreneur and management owned businesses looking for capital to facilitate expansion, refinancing, acquisitions, shareholder buyouts and restructuring. Our capital is used as an alternative to conventional bank financing and control private equity.
