Design process:
↓ Mind map and product description. A rough estimation of every sprint;
↓ User flow and product analysis;
↓ Interactive UX design, which you can test;
↓ UI design + Interaction design;
↓ Providing a style guide or design system for development and support.
Development process:
↓ 1-week development sprint.
↓ 1-2 days of QA of implemented features.
↓ Continues Deployment where the client may review all changes made during the last sprint.
↓ A weekly update of what was implemented last week and what we’ll work on next week. More regular updates during the more hot periods: before/after releases or when requirements are not 100% clear.
