Since 1983, GuardTop seal coating products have been in the business of pavement preservation. The goal of GuardTop is to produce a seal coat with a deep, long lasting color, firm body and exceptional durability. Asphalt surfaces are in a constant state of deterioration. Left untreated, an asphalt surface has a very short life span and is extremely costly to replace. GuardTop is designed to protect and prevent further oil oxidation in asphalt. Applying GuardTop to asphalt surfaces will slow down the oxidation process, lock in the essential oils and will extend the asphalts useful life. GuardTop is free of carcinogenic materials and is nonflammable - made with the environment in mind.
