It also means we can be flexible. We can structure a partnership the right way, whether that means capital for organic growth (for new products, channels or geographies), acquisitions, or to de-risk.
We look for:
- Sales: £10m-£100m
- Growth: 30%-100%+ yearly
- EBITDA: £1m+ (in high gross margin categories)
- Investment range: £5m-20m
