At MELT we take over Texans culinary traditions by slowly smoking all our meats over an oak wood fire, at low temperatures for long hours.
Enriched with the teachings of Jeffrey Howard, Pitmaster of one of the most famous barbecues in Texas (Pecan Lodge), and Alexander Smith, a barbecue expert in New York (Mighty Quinns, Hometown BBQ), we are able to perpetuate and enable Texan BBQ to tingle your taste buds.
Everything is fresh and homemade!
Today MELT is positioned as a leader in the European smoked meat market.
To date, MELT has more than 50 employees within the group.
Now in full expansion, with new projects and openings scheduled for 2022.

Aujourdhui MELT se positionne en tant que Leader sur le marché Européen de la viande fumée.
A ce jour, MELT compte plus de 50 employés au sein du groupe.
