Great Canadian Solar installs photovoltaic (PV) energy systems that provide solar electricity to homes, farms, and commercial and industrial buildings. Since 2009, we have installed hundreds of systems in Western Canada, totaling close to 100 MW of clean power through our office in Edmonton, Alberta As one of the longest-standing companies in the solar energy industry, we have consistently proven to be a leader; we’ve been involved in many of the largest and most difficult projects in Western Canada including: • Leduc Recreation Centre – largest rooftop system in Northern Alberta • Mosaic Centre – winner of CANSIA’s Solar PV Project of the Year • Simons in Londonderry Mall • Camrose Performing Arts Centre • J.G. O’Donoghue Government Building We have also engineered and developed stand-alone products such as our solar-powered seacan to provide mobile clean energy.
