CEO, Mika Leah has always had a passion for a healthy lifestyle, however, on her 33rd birthday she found herself breathless with chest pains. Cardiologist’s tests revealed the left main artery of her heart was 98% blocked. 5 years & 5 stents later, Mika beat the odds and her experience was the inspiration for Goomi Group.
Goomi offers a variety of programs in six pillars of health: physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, financial and personal. Our diversity of sessions maximizes employee participation with the benefits of increased productivity, retention and recruitment.
