Our bag-in-box bottling plant is applying one of the leading BIB technologies from Scholle that through a "Form-Fill-Seal" proces creates a hygienic and efficient in-line production of the bags directly from the film. The 6 head rotary filling technology encures the longest life through the gentle flow of the filling process and the industri's smallest content of air in the BIB-filled bags. The bottling plant is integrated with fully automated and robot-driven packet and palletising. The entire facility is designed for highest level of full automation and thus minimal use of manual labour. Globus Wine is certified according to IFS (International Food Standard). Accordingly, premises, plant and procedures are complying with the strictest standards in the market and setting the future standards for the industry. Furthermore, Globus Wine is among the few ECO-certified for bottling of organic wines. Globus Wine has its own in-house laboratory where all wines are analyzed in a number of parameters using a highly professional FOSS Wine scanner. The company is established in 2006 and have within 3 year realised a amazing turnover growth above 1.300% and expect to reach a turnover in 2010 above EUR 24 million.
