We could all use a little inspiration in our lives and I enjoy being inspired. Last year, I decided to e-mail my Acceleration Partners team each Friday morning with a leadership theme, quote and related tip/article around personal growth. The response was overwhelmingly positive to the point where people told me they looked forward to it each Friday. Several other leaders I shared my experience with began to do the same and had the same result. As a result, I decided to share the notes more broadly and expanded the list.
