Our strengths that we accumulated over the years are in massively multiplayer genres, in particular Strategy and RPG, and we act as a co-dev partner for such genres as well as for Metaverse applications.

We created the first ever webgame MMO with authentic Arabic content from the Arab Conquests, not just Arabic language, collecting millions of users and revenues against all odds.
Our first game, Forsan el Majd, is the role model of all the top grossing Chinese games that followed in MENA, inspiring both genre and theme.
It was the early days of free-to-play and we foresaw a lot of best practices in China that we could apply to the MENA by adding Arabic content to the mix.
The strategy genre and historic theme in a semi-realistic style have been abused and not yet innovated upon since, feel free to DM us if youre curious about what is the next native concept to win in the MENA market ;)
*Era of Growth*
Our second major title, a Strategy MMO called Harb el Hurub, was a breakthrough innovation for its time and certainly a first in the MENA (once more), being cross-platform between the web and iOS, enabling the player to use a single account for both.
This strategy allowed us to leverage our user base on the web in order to penetrate mobile. It worked beautifully and allowed us to achieve a LTV to CPI ratio of 9x
*Era of Diversification*
We added oil to the fire by deciding to publish third-party titles in the MENA in addition to our original titles.
One of such titles, Action Anime, was a large silent success yielding close to $10 per install.
We were processing 50+ pipeline title reviews per week, mainly thanks to my network in China. However, we quickly realized that not owning your Intellectual Property was a quick route to oblivion and ceased the third-party publishing.
