EPIC was founded in 2001 by Giles Brand and Hiren Patel, financial services entrepreneurs with backgrounds in private equity. Business building is at the heart of everything we do. We provide discreet and independent advice to help our clients achieve their goals, advising companies, management teams and shareholders on capital raising, M&A and other specialist transactions. We help general partners structure and establish funds and raise capital from institutions worldwide. We have particular expertise in the secondary sale and restructuring of fund assets.
