EONA-X is a groundbreaking initiative in data sharing. We’re breaking silos and setting the basis of a new European data economy. It’s a new frontier, and we are leading the way by building trust through decentralized, open-source architecture.
Our ecosystem of partners with shared goals streamlines mobility, transportation (including logistics), and tourism. We ensure these areas are secure and open so individuals and public/private entities can maximize data space for the common good.
Renault, Amadeus, Groupe ADP, Air France-KLM, ACCOR, SNCF, and Aéroport Marseille Provence are our seven founding members. We welcome additional public and private actors of all sizes from market leaders to startups in the mobility, transportation, and tourism industries.
In just 2 years of existence, we’ve already made giant steps!
We have been selected for several key European projects related to data-sharing in mobility and tourism such as the deployment of the European Mobility and Tourism Data Spaces.
The 2024 Paris Olympics, where some of our founding members are official partners, is our coming-out party.
EONA-X will be used to share data between multiple actors to welcome delegations for the Paris Olympic Games. We’ll assist with the arrival and departure of ~ 80,000 delegates, including Olympic athletes, Paralympic athletes, staff, journalists, and heterogeneous luggage.
In addition, winning the France 2030 support for EONA-Xs ongoing development allows for the expansion of the ecosystem and will enhance data quality in the years ahead.
Sovereignty is our mantra. Privacy is our concern. Data is kept at its source, and we let data providers choose what data they share, with whom, and for what purpose.
Our ultimate goal is to create a collaborative data mesh connecting the private sector, public sector, and consumers.
