EBS Mindset is an athletic psychology training program that empowers athletes to overcome mental barriers and reach their maximum potential through live mentorship. Our services include one-on-one private sessions, team workshops, and open masterclasses. Since 2022, weve impacted over 400 international athletes—including World Champions and National Team Members—through our team of Olympic Mindset Mentors.
FLOW, our newest feature is a paid subscription service offering EBS on demand, with educational videos and guided audios to conveniently support our athletes. We are currently raising funding to integrate wearable technology devices and machine learning modules into FLOW, enhancing its ability to serve athletes more effectively. Envisioning FLOW to act as a virtual assistant, providing 24/7 mental performance support by analyzing athlete responses and delivering tailored feedback and strategies, including early intervention & prevention for potential mental health issues. FLOW aims to democratize access to mental health support and athletic psychologists/therapists, offering athletes comprehensive mental health solutions.
